28 Deceased in Rukum West Identified, Death Toll Continues to Rise
In the wake of the devastating earthquake that struck Rukum West, authorities have made significant progress in identifying the victims of the tragedy. Out of the 35 reported casualties, the identities of 28 individuals have been ascertained, shedding light on the human toll of this natural disaster.
According to DSP Namaraj Bhattarai of the District Police Office, 18 of the deceased were residents of Aathbiskot Municipality, while 10 hailed from Sanibheri Rural Municipality. The victims, now identified, include:

Kismat Pun Magar, 30, a permanent resident of Rukum East, who was residing in Aathbiskot Municipality-15.
