44 Indian citizens arrested from TU Ground on charges of online cricket gambling

44 Indian nationals have been arrested by Police on Friday from TU Cricket Ground on charges of online cricket gambling.
They were arrested on the charge of betting in the match between Nepal and UAE.
They were playing online live betting (gambling) professionally from the ground through various online sites registered in India.
They were arrested by a team from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) and being investigated for action under the Gambling Act.
