7 More Nepalis Perish in Russian-Ukrainian Conflict
The Foreign Ministry has issued a solemn confirmation regarding the demise of seven additional Nepali citizens who were enlisted in the Russian army and lost their lives during the ongoing conflict with Ukraine.
This tragic update brings the total count of Nepali casualties in Russia to a staggering 19, as per official government records.
Previously, the Ministry had reported the death of 12 Nepali individuals involved in the conflict.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released these names of the deceased individuals:
Purna Bahadur Gurung – hailing from Dhading
Nabin Shahi – native of Jajarkot
Padam Bahadur Ghimire – from Udayapur
Ganga Ram Adhikari – belonging to Jhapa
Jeet Bahadur BK – from Baglung
Sanjay KC – resident of Banke
Sundar Moktan – from Rasuwa
