18th Edition of Surya Nepal Jazzmandu Festival starts tomorrow

The 18th edition of the Surya Nepal Kathmandu Jazz Festival is all set to bring quality jazz to Nepal, transcending boundaries, and spread the message of peace and compassion through music from October 13-19.

Surya Nepal Jazzmandu 2022, which is back after a hiatus of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will have a total of seven performers.

The jazz festival will span over six days.

The festival will begin with a Concert for Young Students / Music Competition at Malpi Institute.

One of the most awaited schedule of Jazzmandu, Jazz Bazaar will be held in the afternoon of October 15 where the attendees can enjoy incredible music at Gokarna Forest Resort. The event will conclude with a full festival line-up on October 19 at Hotel Yak and Yeti, Durbar Marg.

Surya Nepal Jazzmandu — which began in 2002 works to promote jazz in Nepal, bringing world-class musicians to audiences in Kathmandu.
