Government to get expanded in few days: Sudurpaschim CM Shah

Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Kamal Bahadur Shah today said the provincial government would get a full shape in a few days. The Cabinet of the province would be expanded shortly after the April 23 by-election, he said at a press conference organised here by the Nepal Press Union, Baitadi.

“The provincial government will be formed as per the coalition government formed in the centre. It will take place after the by-poll,” he said.

Nepali Congress’s Shah has a backing from the coalition allies, the CPN (Maoist Centre), the CPN (Unified Socialist), the Nagarik Unmukti Party and an independent parliamentarian in his Cabinet.

In another context, CM Shah said the West Seti hydroelectric project would proceed soon. “The project is connected to the future of the people of the province. Substantial results relating to the project are expected within six months as it helps with development activities of the province,” he said. He also urged investors to rest assured about the security of their investments and make investments in the province.
