Vice President Yadav’s message on Sita Jayanti

Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav said Sita, who is worshipped as a mother of the world, is daughter of Nepal. It is a matter of pride, he observed.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of the Sita Jayanti today, Acting President Yadav reminded that Mother Sita is revered as an epitome of patience, tolerance and liberalism. Yadav also viewed that Sita has been respected as the ideal woman since the Mithila civilization.

On this occasion, the Acting President wished the Day inspired all to build progressive and civilized society by wiping out all sorts of gender discrimination.

He expressed best wishes to all Nepali sisters and brothers on this occasion.
