Defense Minister Khadka denies involvement in Chinese weaponry procurement
Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka has publicly denied any involvement in the procurement of weaponry from China.
In response to recent media reports linking him to the arms deal, Deputy Prime Minister Khadka took to social media to clarify his position.
In his statement, Khadka categorically denied any role in the procurement process, stating that he had no involvement whatsoever. He emphasized that the reports linking him to the arms deal were false and misleading.
Khadka stated, “My name has been mentioned by some media outlets related to the procurement of arms by the Nepali Army. Let me clarify that I have no involvement in the process.”
