Obstruction of Parliament a Part of Parliamentary Practice: NC Chief Whip

Chief Whip of the Nepali Congress, Ramesh Lekhak, recently made a statement regarding the obstruction of parliament, describing it as a part of parliamentary practice. Lekhak shared these views with mediapersons outside the Parliament on Monday.

Lekhak emphasized that the parliament serves as a crucial political platform where parties and leaders of diverse ideologies can come together to engage in discussions. He believes that the obstruction of parliamentary proceedings is not an entirely unfamiliar phenomenon, as it has occurred in the past.
