Prime Minister Prachanda, who embarked on an official visit to India from May 31st to June 3rd, has chosen it as his first foreign visit after assuming office as the Prime Minister for the third time. Following this successful trip, Prime Minister Prachanda is now preparing for his upcoming visit to China, his neighboring country to the north, scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
The Prime Minister’s visit to China is scheduled to take place in September, as announced by Nepal’s Foreign Minister NP Saud. During his address at the Sixth District Conference of Nepal Press Union in Kailali, Minister Saud revealed the plans for Prime Minister Prachanda’s visit. He emphasized that the visit to China is part of the Prime Minister’s diplomatic agenda.
Although the Prime Minister’s Secretariat and the Chinese side have not released any official statements regarding the visit, Minister Saud, who holds the portfolio for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, disclosed this information. The specific details and agenda of Prime Minister Prachanda’s visit are yet to be announced.
