Chinese Delegation Wraps Up Nepal Visit, Returns Home
Yuan Jiajun, a politburo member of the Communist Party of China, has concluded his three-day visit to Nepal. The high-level Chinese delegation arrived in Nepal at the invitation of the Maoist Center and engaged in diplomatic engagements.
During their visit, the Chinese representatives had a meeting with President Ramchandra Paudel. Additionally, leader Yuan Jiajun held a virtual conversation with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda,” who was in Rome, Italy, further strengthening bilateral ties between the two nations.
Furthermore, the delegation had a dinner meeting with officials of the Maoist Center, wherein matters of regional importance were discussed in detail.
On Monday, the Chinese delegation met several key Nepalese figures, including Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka, and Speaker Devraj Ghimire.
The visit culminated with a meeting with UML Chair KP Sharma Oli on Tuesday, emphasizing the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation between the two countries.
