Nepalis in Conflict-Affected Israel Relocated to Secure Israeli Army Camp

Nepali citizens residing in conflict-affected areas of Israel have been successfully relocated to a secure location, specifically an Israeli army camp. The Nepali government engaged in discussions with Israeli authorities today, emphasizing the need to ensure the safety of students within the war zone. As a result of these efforts, the students have been successfully moved to a secure area.

Luis Rizal, one of the relocated students, took to Facebook to inform concerned parties that they are now in a safe place and no longer at risk from the ongoing conflict.

The group consisted of 49 individuals from Sudurpaschim University, who had traveled to Israel as part of a Learn and Earn program. Tragically, 10 members of their group lost their lives in the attack.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda personally conversed with the students while they were inside the Israeli bunker, underscoring the government’s commitment to ensuring their safety.
