Former PM Deuba and Foreign Minister Saud Congratulates Modi for Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha
Former Prime Minister of Nepal and President of the Nepali Congress, Sher Bahadur Deuba, has congratulated India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Deuba expressed his congratulations to Modi, stating that the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Mandir is a moment of pride for the followers of Sanatan Dharma.
This marks the first official response from a political party in Nepal regarding the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
Deuba posted on the social network X on Tuesday, “Congratulations to Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji on the inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The sacred Prana Pratishtha ceremony signifies a moment of pride for all followers of Sanatan Dharma. Jai Shree Ram!”

Minister of Foreign Affairs, NP Saud, joined the chorus of well-wishers, expressing his sentiments on social network X on Monday. “Jay Shree Ram! Inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Mandir by Honorable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and accomplishment of sacred Prana Pratishtha ceremony today is a proud moment for all the followers of Sanatan Dharma. Maryada Purushottam Sri Rama and Mata Sita, daughter of Nepal, were the epitomes of courage, sacrifice, justice, and righteousness.”
He continued, “Between our two countries Nepal and India, they symbolize the profound cultural and civilizational linkage. May their virtues and ideals continue to lead us to the service of humanity!”

The eagerly anticipated Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha concluded yesterday, on January 22, 2024, and the gates of the majestic Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, are now open to the world.
On the occasion of the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram temple on Monday, Nepal also celebrated by lighting lamps at various places.
The Ram temple was opened to the public for the first time on Tuesday. Alongside this, a significant crowd of pilgrims has gathered at the temple since Tuesday morning.
