Nepali Congress Has Repeatedly Betrayed Maoists: Prachanda

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also the Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center), has accused the Nepali Congress (NC) of betrayal during a central committee meeting on Monday.
Referring to the formation of the government in Koshi Province, Dahal expressed dissatisfaction, stating, “NC has betrayed us. We will evaluate this in the meeting of the ruling coalition. We are honest to the coalition, but we have been betrayed repeatedly.”
Despite any challenges, Dahal affirmed that the Maoist Center would commemorate People’s War Day on Tuesday, emphasizing, “We respect the court’s order, but we will commemorate the day.”
Furthermore, Dahal reiterated the Maoist Center’s commitment to socialism and hinted at a potential renaming of the party, emphasizing the importance of being recognized for their actions rather than their name.
