Nepal’s weather outlook for today indicates partly to generally cloudy conditions across the country, as reported by the Weather Forecasting Division. This atmospheric pattern is attributed to the influence of a westerly low-pressure system.
Residents can expect the possibility of light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in select areas of the hilly regions within the Koshi and Madhes provinces, as well as isolated occurrences in other parts of the nation. Furthermore, the Division has issued alerts for potential light snowfall in certain high-altitude areas and mountainous regions.
As the day progresses, the forecast suggests that the weather will remain partly cloudy in the provinces of Koshi, Madhes, and Bagmati, while other regions can anticipate clearer skies. Sporadic rainfall is anticipated in isolated locations within the hilly terrains of the Koshi and Gandaki provinces during the night.
In Kathmandu, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 21.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will hover around 9.3 degrees Celsius.
