Premium Apartment Being Built in Prime Location in Kathmandu
The Bhoomi Pujan ceremony marked the commencement of construction for premium apartments in Kathmandu’s esteemed Bishalnagar area. Renowned for its resilient infrastructure, the location promises a blend of luxury and safety.
DLF, a collaborative effort between the KC Group and Kayal Group, will spearhead the construction, ensuring top-notch quality and innovation throughout the project.
Director of the KC Group, Roshan KC, unveiled plans for DLF Greens, where units will be priced up to Rs. 22 crores each. Spread across 8 ropanis, the development will comprise 46 units spanning 2 towers, with a significant portion dedicated to lush greenery and open spaces.
A standout feature of the project is the ‘garbage suite’ technology, streamlining waste management for residents. From spacious single-unit apartments to luxurious duplex penthouses, the complex promises diverse living options.
Crafted by Menight Singapore (Pte) Limited, the architectural and engineering design ensures both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. With a focus on minimal disruption, a retention wall costing approximately 25 crores will enclose the site during construction.
The ground floor will offer recreational amenities including a lobby, office, swimming pool, gym, spa, and more, enhancing the living experience for residents.
DLF investor, Satyanarayan Kayal, underscored the commitment to overcoming challenges in Kathmandu’s construction landscape while prioritizing safety and sustainability.
