UML-led govt essential for country’s prosperity: Shankar Pokhrel

CPN (UML) General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel has stressed that there was no alternative to the government under UML leadership for the country’s development and prosperity.

In a press meet organised at the Jaleshwor-based party office, Mahottari, this morning, General Secretary Pokhrel blamed the incumbent government that stalling development activities and journey to prosperity, thereby disappointing people.

Pointing out the need for a strong national force in the country for development and good governance, he stressed that the UML launched the ‘Mission-84’ against this backdrop.

Leader Pokhrel sought the active role of people to form a UML-led government even in the province by making the UML the strongest party of the nation through Mission-84.
