Vehicular movement at Daunne area still not in operation

Vehicular movement which was disrupted at Daunne area in Nawalparasi (Bardhaghat Susta East) from Sunday evening has not yet come into a full-fledged operation.

The road section was obstructed after rainfall occurred on Sunday evening washed away mud in the area where road up-gradation work was underway.

Inspector at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), Sajan Kumar Sharma told RSS that problem has surfaced in vehicular movement due to slippery road.

Hundreds of passengers and vehicles have been stranded following road disruption. The under-construction Narayangadh-Butwal road section has now turned muddy due to rainfall.
