Gold Prices Witness Significant Drop, Silver Remains Stable
The price of gold has experienced a significant drop, marking a welcomed change for investors and consumers alike. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 500 per tola compared to Friday’s rates.
As of today, the yellow metal is being traded at Rs 124,500 per tola, down from Rs 125,000 per tola on Friday. Similarly, tejabi gold, another sought-after variant, is now being traded at Rs 123,900 per tola, compared to Rs 124,400 per tola previously.
Despite the fluctuation in gold prices, silver has remained relatively stable, with today’s trading rate recorded at Rs 1,520 per tola. This stability may provide a contrasting perspective for investors considering precious metal options.
