NC makes a clean sweep in Kathmandu-3

Winning all seats of the House of Representatives (HoR) and Provincial Assembly elections, the Nepali Congress (NC) has made an impressive victory in all seats of Kathmandu-3.
NC’s Santosh Chalise won the HoR seat in Kathmandu-3 by securing 15,158 votes, polling officer Mandira Shahi confirmed.
Chalise’s nearest rival of CPN (UML) Krishna Kumar Rai got 11,196 votes.
Likewise, NC’s Tshiring Dorje Lama and Bimal Thakuri won the province assembly 1 and 2, respectively.
