Two people involved in robbery, arrested
A team of District Police Range, Kathmandu has arrested two people on the charge of involvement in robbery and made them public on Sunday.
Those arrested are 27-year-old Prashant Jung Karki, resident of Tarkeshwar Municipality-6 and Raju Gurung, resident of Budhanilkanth Municipality-2, in the district, District Police Range, Kathmandu Spokesperson, Superintendent of Police Navraj Adhikari informed.
According to him, the arrested men beat up a taxi driver numbered Ba 2 Ja 3598 near Budhanilkanth Municiplaity-12 Kapan Durga Mandir at around 9 :00 PM on March 26 and took away One Plus7 T Mobile set, Blue Book, HP 15 Laptop, Wallet, and 18 thousands rupees from the driver.
Police further informed that they were arrested from Basundhara Chowk in Kathmandu metropolitan city and further investigations are being conducted on them.
