FNCCI Pushes for Economic Reforms, Seeks Political Commitment

In its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has taken a proactive stance towards economic reforms by seeking political commitment. The apex body of the Nepali private sector issued a statement on Monday, extending invitations to representatives from major political parties to attend the inauguration ceremony scheduled for Wednesday.

FNCCI, while celebrating its foundation day as Industry and Commerce Day, aims to emphasize the importance of economic reforms in Nepal. As part of the AGM proceedings, Sanjeev Puri, President Designate of the Confederation of Indian Industry, has been announced as the keynote speaker. FNCCI further revealed that Puri will lead a delegation of Indian investors to participate in the event, highlighting the significance of cross-border collaboration and investment opportunities.
