Prime Minister Prachanda departed for New Delhi on Sunday afternoon, where he is expected to join other dignitaries in witnessing Prime Minister Modi taking the oath of office. Modi’s swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to commence at 6 pm today, marking the formal commencement of his new term as the leader of the world’s largest democracy.
Upon his arrival in India’s capital, Prime Minister Dahal is anticipated to engage in bilateral discussions and strengthen the longstanding ties between Nepal and India. The Embassy of Nepal in New Delhi has confirmed that Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to hold a crucial meeting with Prime Minister Modi later today, following the official swearing-in ceremony.
Prime Minister Dahal is slated to return to Nepal tomorrow, concluding his brief yet impactful visit to India.
