Letter of intent on two projects presented in Investment Summit received
Following the Third Investment Summit held on April 28 and 29, Investment Board Nepal has received significant interest in two showcased projects. According to joint-spokesperson Ramesh Adhikari, Soaltee Shivkrim Pvt Ltd of Tahachal has submitted a letter of intent for the Janaki Heritage Hotel and Cultural Village project. Simultaneously, Gansu-SS Landmark, Blue Bird Mall, Kathmandu has registered interest in the Babarmahal Administrative Plaza Project.
The Janaki Heritage Hotel and Cultural Village project, aimed at transforming Janakpurdham into a prominent tourism destination and expanding the area as an eco-tourism zone, is estimated at Rs 2.35 billion. Investment Board Nepal conducted a thorough study on this initiative.
Meanwhile, the Babarmahal Administrative Plaza Project, designed to accommodate various government offices, spans 30,021 square meters with an estimated cost of Rs 10.2 billion. The project was among the 19 showcased during the Summit to attract investment.
The Board has extended the deadline for the submission of letters of intent for 12 projects under its jurisdiction. Pre-feasibility studies for these identified projects have been completed, marking the initial phase of their development.
Investment Board Nepal continues to facilitate investments and propel economic growth through strategic projects showcased at the Summit.
