Worker Dies After Falling from Under-Construction Maulakali Cable Car Building

A tragic accident at the Maulakali Cable Car construction site in Gaindakot has resulted in the death of a worker.

The incident occurred when 25-year-old Gorakh Raut Kurmi, a resident of Jitpur Simara Sub-metropolitan City-20 in Bara district, fell from the fourth floor of the building. The structure is part of the top station being constructed for Maula Kalika Cable Car Pvt. Ltd.

According to Police Inspector Sudeep Bhandari of the District Police Office Nawalparasi, the accident happened on Thursday night. However, it was reported to the police only on Friday.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing as authorities work to determine the circumstances leading to the fall.
