Vice Chairman of Sarkegad Rural Municipality Dies in Road Accident

Vice Chairman of Sarkegad Rural Municipality, Chandra Singh Karki, has tragically died in a road accident. Karki, who was severely injured in the accident, had been receiving treatment at Nepalgunj Medical College but succumbed to his injuries last night, according to the medical college.

The accident occurred at Emale Mod in Bheriganga Municipality while Karki was traveling to Nepalgunj from Surkhet. Karki was a representative of the CPN (Maoist Centre).
