Koshi Province Chief Minister Expands Cabinet with Three Ministers, One State Minister
Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki expanded his cabinet today, appointing three new ministers and one state minister. Koshi Province Chief Parashuram Khapung administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly inducted ministers under Article 168 (9) of the Constitution.
Bhupendra Rai has been appointed as Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development, Khagen Singh Hangam as Minister for Industry, Agriculture, and Cooperatives, and Sadananda Mandal as Minister for Tourism, Forest, and Environment. Additionally, Bhupi Prasad Rajbanshi took the oath as State Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Koshi Province Speaker Ambar Bahadur Bista, provincial ministers, security officials, ministry secretaries, and political leaders.
