Earthquake of 4.2 Magnitude Strikes Annapurna Region in Nepal

An earthquake with its epicenter in the Annapurna Region was recorded today. The tremor, measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale, struck at 10:13 AM, with its epicenter located on the border between Kaski and Manang districts, according to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Centre in Lainchaur.

This earthquake follows a recent tremor on November 7, which had a magnitude of 4.5 on the Richter scale and was centered around Orang in Dolakha district.

Nepal has experienced a series of earthquakes in recent times. Due to its location in the seismically active Himalayan region, the country remains highly susceptible to earthquakes.
