Government offers thanks for concluding elections

The government has thanked all the stakeholders for their help in concluding the elections to the House of Representatives and the Province Assembly. Voting for the polls took place on November 20 in a single phase.

The Cabinet meeting on Tuesday thanked all voters, political parties, government employees, security bodies and personnel, media, media-persons and civil society for their contribution directly or indirectly to this effect.

The information was shared by Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, also the government’s spokesperson, at a press conference here today.
