
Nepal Reaches Kho Kho World Cup Women’s Final with Historic Victory


The Nepali Women’s National Kho Kho Team has made history by advancing to the final of the World Cup, securing a resounding victory against Uganda in the semi-finals.
In the match held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Sports Ground in New Delhi, Nepal defeated Uganda with a dominant score of 89-18. This marks the first time Nepal has reached the final of the Kho Kho World Cup.
Nepal’s women’s team remains undefeated in the tournament, showcasing their strength and determination throughout. Their journey to the final includes impressive victories over Bhutan (93-24), Germany (73-34), Sri Lanka (110-10), and Bangladesh (84-24) in the group stage. In the quarter-finals, Nepal overpowered Iran with a staggering 103-8 win.
