
Eight-Year-Old Killed in Leopard Attack in Bajura


An eight-year-old boy was killed in a leopard attack in Bajura on Sunday evening.
The victim, Bijaya Rawat, a resident of Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipality-3, Dhurtala, was playing near his house when the leopard attacked, according to Police Inspector Deb Bahadur Chaudhari of the District Police Office.
Rawat died on the spot due to the injuries sustained in the attack. His body has been taken to Bajura District Hospital for post-mortem, police officials confirmed.
