PUBG Mobile Global Championship: Nepali team finished as runners-up, Wins USD 292,000
A Nepali PUBG team, DRS Gaming, have created history by finishing as runners-up in the grand finals of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC).
Turkey’s S2G Sports won the Championship in the grand finals held in Jakarta, Indonesia from January 6 to 8.
Nepal’s DRS scored 158 points.
Nepal’s DRS who finished the championship being runners-up in the grand finals won USD 292,000.
Following the 1st position, PUBG team S2G from Turkey secures 190 points in the PMGC finals winning $510,000 USD. Similarly, the brazil team Alpha7 Esports secures the third position with prize money of $217,000 USD.
Two Nepali teams had reached the grand finals of the PMGC. T2K, which qualified with DRS, finished 13th with 112 points winning USD 132,500 as prize money.
