AGM of Himalayan Reinsurance concludes

The second annual general meeting of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has been completed. The general meeting of the company was held on Friday at Hotel Aloft in Thamel, Kathmandu.

The assembly discussed the annual report of the chairman for the last financial year 2078/079 under the general resolution and passed the report.

The general meeting also discussed the details of the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and other details of the same financial year and passed it unanimously.

Similarly, the same meeting has determined the appointment of the auditor and the remuneration and allowance of the director for the current financial year 2079/080 under the general resolution.

In the general meeting, the chairman on behalf of the board of directors of the company expressed his gratitude to all the employees including the management level of the company for achieving unique achievements in just the second year of its establishment.
