After taking the oath of federal parliament on Thursday, Pandey had turned to be in two posts at the same time: the chief minister of Bagmati province and HoR member.

Pandey reached the office of the provincial chief at Hetaunda-10 and submitted his resignation to the Province Chief Sharma.
