Bagmati Provincial Assembly meeting today

The meeting of Bagmati Provincial Assembly is taking place today at 11:30 am.

The agenda of the meeting is to discuss the ministry-wide budget of the provincial government.

Discussion of various ministries under various headings of the Bill designed made to make provisions regarding the allocation and spending of funds from the Provincial Reserve Fund for the services and activities of the Provincial Government for the next fiscal year 2023/24 had started on Tuesday.

It may be noted that Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning, Jagannath Thapaliya, had presented a budget of Rs.64.54 billion for the new fiscal year 2023/24.
