Birthing centre padlocked in Humla by school management committee
A school management committee has padlocked a birthing centre at Thaligaon of Kharpunath rural municipality in the district.

The birthing centre is built in the school’s land.
Meanwhile, the padlocking of the essential health facility has adversely affected the service seekers.
