Bodies of Two Missing Boys Recovered from Narayani River

The bodies of two boys who went missing while swimming in the Narayani River have been recovered.

Thirteen-year-old Prajwal Poudel and fifteen-year-old Bijay Poudel, both residents of Madhyabindu Municipality-12, were reported missing on Tuesday after going to the riverbank in Ward-15 of the municipality for a picnic with three friends.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhu Nepali, Prajwal’s body was recovered from the river on Wednesday, while Bijay’s body was found on Thursday.

The deceased have been taken to Madhyabindu Provincial Hospital in Danda for post-mortem examinations.
