Chairman Prachanda Calls for Extensive Household Visits in Special Transformation Drive

Prime Minister and CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has urged all central members of the party to participate in a three-month-long Special Transformation campaign aimed at strengthening connections with grassroots levels.

During a recent Central Committee meeting held at Nepal Academy Hall in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Chairman Prachanda directed party leaders to ensure the success of the campaign by reaching out to households across the nation, including those affiliated with CPN-UML, Nepali Congress (NC), and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP).

Starting on September 2, all leaders and workers have been instructed to visit every household, meticulously documenting their outreach efforts. Chairman Prachanda highlighted the importance of closely monitoring the campaign’s impact within the party.

To facilitate this extensive outreach, the Chairman called upon central members to establish committees in all 6,743 wards and assume leadership roles. He expressed his belief that this campaign would rejuvenate the party and foster stronger connections with the public.

The Central Committee meeting, which began on August 2, concluded with the announcement of the special campaign and revisions in the responsibilities of office bearers.
