CIAA files cases against 11 people for substandard construction work
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed cases against 11 people at the Special Court. The cases were filed against them for misusing state resources.
The CIAA filed cases against 11 people including the then chairperson of the Chakraghatta rural municipality of Sarlahi district on the charge of substandard work in course of constructing RCC drainage from Jagga of Bahid to Dhungrakhola of Chakraghatta rural municipality-4.
The cases were filed against the then chairperson of Chakraghatta rural municipality Bikram Yadav, officiating chief administrative officer Mukesh Kumar Pathak, engineer Ajay Yadav and accountant Shiva Shankar Prasad Kusbaha.
Similarly, the CIAA also filed cases against the chairperson of Chakraghatta rural municipality-4 Ahad Kawari, village executive members Bijay Kumar Chaudhary and Binod Saha, sub-engineer Jitendra Yadav, Chairperson of Users Committee, Shiekh Mohammad Irfan Ali, treasurer Hajara Khatun, and secretary Mohammad Irfan, said CIAA Spokesperson Shyam Prasad Bhandari.
