Court Extends Investigation Period for Land Grabbing Case Involving Arun Chaudhary and Others

The Kathmandu District Court has granted a two-day extension for the ongoing investigation into the case involving Arun Chaudhary, former director of Champion Footwear Factory, Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, former chairman of Bansbari Shoe Factory Limited, and Sanjay Thakur, chairman of CG Chandbagh Residency Pvt Ltd. The trio, along with another individual, were arrested on February 1 by the Central Investigation Bureau on charges of land grabbing in the Bansbari area.
