CPN (Unified Socialist) Forms By-Election Operational Committee
The CPN (Unified Socialist) has established a by-election operational committee under the coordination of Senior Vice Chairman Rajendra Pande. According to Politburo member Mohan Gautam, the committee has been formed in preparation for the upcoming by-elections in December, which will be held to fill vacant posts at the local levels.
The committee is composed of key members of the party’s leadership, with each assigned specific regional responsibility. Vice Chairman Jagannath Khatiwada will coordinate the committee’s efforts in Koshi Province, Dharmanath Prasad Sah will oversee Madhes Province, Dr. Gangalal Luladhar is responsible for Bagmati Province, Party Secretary Srinath Baral for Gandaki Province, Deputy General Secretary Methmani Chaudhary for Lumbini Province, Vice Chairman Prakash Jwala for Karnali Province, and Bhanubhakta Joshi will manage operations in Sudurpaschim Province.
This strategic move reflects the party’s focused approach to ensuring effective participation in the by-elections across various regions.
