
Dr. Anjan Shakya Nominated as National Assembly Member


President Ramchandra Paudel has announced the nomination of Dr. Anjan Shakya as a member of the National Assembly, based on the recommendation of the government.
In accordance with Article 86 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, President Paudel formally nominated Dr. Shakya to this significant position. The announcement was made through a press release issued today by the Office of the President.
The nomination of Dr. Anjan Shakya follows a recommendation put forth by a cabinet meeting held on April 12, urging the President to appoint Dr. Shakya to the vacant seat in the National Assembly.
