EC seeks clarification from RSP candidate Wagle

The Election Commission has sought clarification from the Dr. Swarnim Wagle, candidate from Tanahu constituency 1.

Tanahun’s District Code of Conduct Monitoring Committee has asked for an clarification with Wagle for sharing Rabi Lamichhane’s facebook status on social media to influence voters after the campaign prohibition period began.

He is asked to appear at the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Tanahun, Damauli himself or through a representative and submit an explanation within 24 hours.
