Eight parties demands repoll in Gorkha

Eight political parties, including CPN-UML, have demanded repolling in some polling stations of Gorkha.

Those parties said that seven polling stations in Gorkha-2 were rigged.

Issuing a joint statement, they have demanded repolling in different polling centers in the district.

Those issuing the statement include candidates of UML, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Paribar Party, Hamro Nepali Party, and RPP Nepal as well as independent candidate Bil Tamang for the Gorkha-2 constituency, as well as the candidates of UML and Rastriya Swatantra Party in the Gandaki Province Assembly constituencies.

Those parties in a statement said that 12 polling stations were rigged in Gorkha-2.
