First meeting of Socialist Front today

The first meeting of Socialist Front, Nepal is being held today.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at the central office of CPN (Unified Socialist) at Aloknagar at 4:00 pm today. Matters relating to the role of Morcha or Front in contemporary political developments in the country, the government’s action plan for the people’s livelihood and ways to strengthening the Front are the agenda of the meeting. The meeting will be attended by the heads of the four parties affiliated to the front, leader of CPN (Unified Socialist) Jagannath Khatiwada.

Top leaders of CPN (Maoist Center), Janata Samajbadi Party, CPN (Unified Socialist) and Biplav-led Nepal Communist Party announced the front on June 19.
