Former mayor of Itahari, Chaudhary joined the Maoists

The former mayor of Itahari Sub-Metropolitan,Dwarik Lal Chaudhary,has joined the Maoist Center.

Chaudhary was welcomed to the party by the Chairman of Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda at Dahal’s residence at Khumaltar on Sunday morning. Chaudhary along with other UML leaders and activists joined the Maoist Center.

While welcoming Chaudhary to the Maoists, Chairman Prachanda said that Dwarik’s entry into the Maoists was of national importance .

It is understood that Chaudhary will contest the election of MP of the state assembly. Chaudhary is going to be a candidate from constituency number 2 ‘A’ of Sunsari.

Dwarik Lal Chaudhary, was earlier a UML leader.
