Four New Ministers Sworn into Karnali Province Government

Four newly appointed ministers of the Karnali Province government took the oath of office and secrecy today. Rajiv Bikram Shah (Jajarkot), Ghanshyam Bhandari (Dailekh), Suresh Adhikari (Salyan), and Bijaya Budha (Humla) were sworn in by Karnali Province Chief Yagya Raj Joshi.

Rajiv Bikram Shah has been assigned the portfolio of Economic Affairs and Planning. Ghanshyam Bhandari will oversee Social Development, Suresh Adhikari has been appointed as the Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest, and Environment, and Bijaya Budha will handle Water Resources and Energy Development.

The new appointments are expected to bring fresh perspectives and vigor to the provincial government’s efforts in fostering development and addressing the needs of the citizens of Karnali.
