
Fuel Prices Reduced: Diesel, Kerosene Down by Rs 2 Per Liter


Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a reduction in the prices of diesel, kerosene, and aviation fuel.
Following a board meeting on Monday, the NOC decided to lower the price of diesel and kerosene by Rs 2 per liter, while domestic aviation fuel has been reduced by Rs 7 per liter. Similarly, the price of international aviation fuel has been cut by $51 per kiloliter.
With this adjustment, the new prices for diesel and kerosene are set at Rs 146.50, Rs 148, and Rs 149 per liter, based on the first, second, and third pricing categories, respectively. Domestic aviation fuel will now cost Rs 125 per liter. For international flights, aviation fuel is priced at $952 per kiloliter in Kathmandu, $782 in Pokhara, and $767 in Bhairahawa.
The price revision was made in accordance with the latest rates received from the Indian Oil Corporation, clarified NOC.
