Ganesh Pandey Elected Chair of Press Chautari Nepal

The 10th National Convention of Press Chautari Nepal has elected a 99-member working committee under the leadership of Ganesh Pandey as its new chairperson.

Outgoing chair Ganesh Basnet announced the newly elected executive members, highlighting that the key positions were filled unopposed. Chetan Adhikari was elected as vice chairman, while Kripa Bhandari became the vice chairwoman. Hira Man Lama secured the position of general secretary, and Hari Ballav Nepal was elected as the deputy general secretary. The elected secretaries include Bikram Luitel, Pradip Acharya, Naresh Bhandari, and Bishnu Taruke.

Leader Bharat Khadka informed that coordinators for the Account Commission, Discipline Commission, Policy and Training Commission, and Election Commission were also elected unopposed during the convention.

A total of 923 representatives from various regions participated in the convention, showcasing strong engagement from media professionals across Nepal.
