Global IME Bank Wins Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024 in Two Categories

Global IME Bank Limited has been awarded the prestigious Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024, securing titles for Nepal’s Best Bank 2024 and Best Bank for ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) among Nepali banks and financial institutions. The awards were received by Bank Chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal and CEO Surendra Raj Regmi at a ceremony held in Singapore.

The Euromoney Awards, established in 1992, are a globally respected recognition of excellence in banking, judged by a panel of financial experts. This marks the second time Global IME Bank has earned this accolade, with a previous win in 2022 for Best Bank of Nepal.

In addition to this achievement, Global IME Bank has received numerous national and international awards, including Bank of the Year 2014, Best Internet Bank 2016, and Best Employer Award.
