Gold Price Surges

In a notable development on Thursday, the gold prices in Nepal witnessed a significant increase. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA) reported a surge of Rs 500 per tola in the gold rates.
As of today, the price for hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs 119,200 per tola, while tejabi gold is listed at Rs 118,650. Comparatively, the rates for hallmark gold and tejabi gold stood at Rs 118,700 and Rs 118,150 per tola, respectively, just a day ago.
On the other hand, silver prices have experienced a minor dip, decreasing by Rs 10 per tola. The current rate for silver is Rs 1,410 per tola, down from Rs 1,420 on Wednesday.
